Ian Jeffers

Ian has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology ranging from IT Strategy, infrastructure design, custom application development, IT support, and project management.

As Group Head of IT, Ian is responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology functions within Search. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT projects, ensuring data security and privacy.

Ian works closely with all the divisions in Search to identify technology needs, implementing new systems, and ensuring that all technology systems are functioning effectively, efficiently and providing business value for our internal colleagues, clients, and candidates.
