Mandy Bell

Working closely with the Group Head of IT, Mandy is responsible for the majority of the software we use at Search. In addition, she oversees our compliance, data protection and ISO management systems.

Mandy is also in charge of the implementation of solutions and procedures that incorporate database management, software development, sourcing and the deployment of new systems to improve processes and efficiencies. All of which are delivered by the hard work and dedication of her department.

Mandy is a long-serving member of the management team. Her knowledge and experience of how software and processes are integrated ensures our systems remain in safe hands.

Mandy’s vision for the future is to continue to deliver bespoke solutions that meet the needs of the business, with a focus on increasing automation and creating more efficient and robust working practices.
