Search Recruitment are looking to recruit a proactive Accounts Assistant to join our client's office near Musselburgh . Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role would be well suited to organised individuals who are confident communicators and demonstrate a proactive approach.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Efficient invoice processing
* Validation of purchase orders
* Updating of pricing and product details
* Maintain accurate sales and customer records
* Preparation of monthly sales reports
* Support with customer related queries
* Managing credit card payments and direct debit instructions
* Provision of ad hoc administrative support as required
Skills and experience you'll ideally have:
* Previous experience in transactional finance role
* Demonstrable interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in administrative record-keeping
* Familiarity with sales reports and records
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office package
