Position: Administrator
Location: Perth
Working Pattern: Full-time, Onsite
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: £25,000 per annum
About the Role:
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of this business' operations. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the team as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
About You:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
