About this role

Job Title: Amenities Concierge , up to 28,000£
Line Manager: Residents Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Amenities Concierge team will provide a high standard of service to residents and their guests within the amenity spaces.

Amenities and services include but are not limited to:
- Residents bar, lounge, and terrace
- Meeting room
- Screening room
- BBQ area
- Private dining
- Regular resident events

Duties will include:
- Serving residents, guests, and visitors soft and alcoholic drinks
- Assisting and demonstrating the use of self-service drink machines (e.g., wine machines, coffee machines, beer taps)
- Clearing and cleaning tables/areas
- Restocking drinks and drinks machines
- Monitoring and maintaining high standards
- Opening and closing venues/amenities
- Managing bookings
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene
- Hosting and providing service at resident events
- Using IT systems
- Receiving deliveries (including wine, beer kegs, soft drinks, snacks, etc.)
- Assisting residents in using amenities equipment as required

Financial responsibilities include:
- Processing payments
- Stock management and administration
- Working with the line manager to ensure budget consciousness
- Reconciling payments

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Someone coming from an hospitality background within 5 star hotels, private membership clubs and luxury dining who loves to go the extra mile and is all about providing a top level service

Employees are expected to:
- Use smart technology to record and manage safety routines, identify trends, and seek improvements
- Keep sites, residents, visitors, and workplaces safe
- Be diligent in safety tracking, inspections, monitoring, and reviews
- Support one another in maintaining physical and mental well-being

All employees must adhere to safety protocols and take appropriate measures to prevent accidents or work-related health issues.
