Our client is seeking a creative and innovative individual to assist in creating new dishes and producing food while maintaining high standards of Food Safety and Health and Safety. The role involves working with fresh ingredients, regularly changing menus to reflect food trends and seasonality. The successful candidate will be passionate about food, with previous experience in a busy kitchen and, ideally, experience catering for large hospitality events. Regular training opportunities are provided to ensure continuous development in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.
