Training and Onboarding You'll receive 3 weeks of initial training and a 4-week transition period with our Support Specialists to ensure you have the tools needed to service our customers.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Answering customer queries and completing transactions.
* Discussing financial products and understanding customer needs.
* Recommending products and services where appropriate.
* Supporting commercial targets with our Financial Advice Team.
* Handling complaints and offering resolutions.
* Identifying and supporting customer vulnerabilities.
* Challenging processes to enhance the customer journey.
What Do We Need From You?
* Significant customer service experience.
* Ability to tailor service to customer needs.
* Strong communication skills, especially active listening.
* Resilience during busy service periods.
* Experience in meaningful customer conversations.
* Working towards policies, procedures, and targets.
* Enthusiasm for developing new skills.
* Genuine curiosity to help and support customers.
