Customer Case Coordinator
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm - £23,423
Immediate start - Permanent
Hybrid working once fully trained!

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Case Coordinator:
 Chase for updates on reports & appointments & provide updates to all parties
 Liaise effectively with all existing treatment providers to ensure treatment is timely and information received appropriately
 Identify and promote escalation of more severe cases to appropriate services
 Complete Pre-Medical questionnaire's with patients
 Processing of invoices
Experience needed:
 Possess telephony skills that result in effective communication
 Communicate effectively in writing with good keyboard skills
 Have a good knowledge of MS Word and a basic knowledge of MS Excel
 Basic knowledge of the injury management process
 Effective oral and written communication skills
 Effective time management skills and the ability to manage competing demands
 Ability to communicate and build rapport with people at all levels
 Effective communication with external health professionals
 Have a thorough knowledge of the case management system and the ability to use it effectively
