Location: Gyle, Edinburgh

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the dynamic team, one of the world's largest investment companies. This exciting opportunity offers £13.20 per hour, training Monday to Friday for 8 weeks, and the chance to grow within a company committed to making a positive impact.

What You'll Be Doing:
Provide exceptional customer service through calls and digital channels
Support customers with outbound and inbound calls, troubleshooting and resolving queries
Be a digital advocate, helping customers become proficient in using online platforms
Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends

What We're Looking For:
Customer service experience and strong problem-solving skills
Digitally savvy, comfortable supporting customers online and via phone
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player who can also work independently
