Residential Doorperson - Central London - £30 - £32k salary + excellent benefits
Shift Pattern: Pitman Rota, 10am - 10pm

A prestigious Residential development, located in Central London, is seeking a Residential Doorman to join their exceptional team.

As a Residential Doorman, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class residential experience to our residents, visitors, and guests. You will provide unparalleled service, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure, while maintaining safety, security, and the cleanliness of our environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring a memorable experience
* Work with security and concierge teams to ensure a secure building
* Assist with the move-in and move-out process
* Assist with deliveries, luggage, directions, taxi arrangements, and respond to general inquiries
* Communicate resident requests to the appropriate departments and ensure swift follow-up
* Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the entrance area at all times
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth service handover and deliver an outstanding experience to all stakeholders
* Compliance with all safety practices and regulations in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or high-end residential setting
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* High attention to detail and a proactive, service-driven mindset.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain a clean, presentable environment
* A flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
