Position Available: Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £25,000 annually

Key Duties:
* Oversee and manage existing customer accounts
* Handle a high volume of incoming calls
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers
* Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and carriers
* Resolve issues for both customers and carriers
* Provide quotes, arrange bookings, and process payments
* Exhibit excellent multitasking abilities and proficiency with computer software
