HR Operations Manager & Employee Engagement Champion
* Office-based in Bradford, UK
* Salary: Up to £35k per annum, dependent on experience
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* Flexibility: One day WFH after a 3-month training period

Your Role Includes:
* Managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly.
* Being the first point of contact for HR support for employees and managers.
* Maintaining accurate personnel records and ensuring HR systems are up-to-date.
* Line-managing the HR Assistant and Facilities Coordinator.
* Collaborating with the Head of HR on exciting local and global HR projects.
* Driving employee engagement as the dedicated champion for the EU & UK region.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
* Overseeing HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
* Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Providing expert HR advice and guidance to the team.
* Managing the HR ticket system and preparing insightful monthly reports.
* Conducting staff inductions and managing pre-employment checks.
* Supporting office management duties, including health & safety compliance.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in HR operations.
* A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
* Strong skills in MS Office and HR systems.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A trustworthy professional who can handle confidential information with ease.
