We're looking for a Permanent Customer Service Joiner to join a well-regarded housing client in a hands-on role that combines both practical joinery skills and customer service expertise.

Position: Customer Service Joiner (Permanent)
Salary: £20 - £22 per hour
Location:Glasgow
Driving Required: Yes - Van will be provided (electrical charging port must be able to be installed at house)

What We're Looking For:

Joinery skills: Experience in practical joinery or a carpentry background is essential. Blue or Gold CSCS Card
Customer Service Ability: You'll need to combine your craft with providing exceptional service, helping customers with their needs.
Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying issues and providing solutions, both practically and in customer service interactions.
Full UK Driving Licence: is essential to visit properties and carry out on-site tasks.
Professionalism & Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, colleagues, and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Use your joinery expertise to maintain, repair, and improve housing facilities as part of the customer service team.
Provide top-quality customer service, including advising tenants and addressing inquiries about housing maintenance or repairs.
Carry out on-site visits to properties, assessing any issues that need a hands-on solution.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services, from customer queries to joinery tasks.
Document and report any work completed or required, ensuring customers are kept up-to-date with progress.
