What your daily duties will be:

* key account management, ensuring SLAs are adhered to and high service levels are maintained
* ensuring accurate data entry via the bespoke rental system
* controlling stock levels
* ensuring high attention to detail when coordinating services and producing reports
* invoicing
* organising deliveries and collections
* liaising closely with management to ensure customer delivery
* updating in-house systems

What you'll be great at:

* customer service experience, ideally within the oil & gas industry
* organisation and coordinating
* excel essential, with the ability to pick up new systems with ease
* ability to work at pace, in a reactive environment
