Lead Generator
Location: Altrincham
Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 basic + Bonus (OTE £32k)

Job Overview: As a Lead Generator, you will be working with warm leads as part of the Applications Team to support and grow the direct sales department. You will be contacting customers to assist them in completing their applications for SME business loans.

We are seeking to speak with motivated and results-driven people that have passion to work in sales or are a recent graduate within Finance/Business to join a dynamic team in a brand-new, modern office. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails & via website enquires.
* Quality leads for Advisors.
* Build relationships with customers.
* Carry out effective account management while providing excellent customer service.
* Guide the merchant through the entire application journey.
* Deliver on your targets (Applications Target, Call Volume, and Talk Time).

What We're Looking For:

* The ability to demonstrate professional objection handling skills through strong communication.
* Experience working in a phone-based sales environment.
* Strong communication skills; you easily connect with people and demonstrate natural interpersonal skills.
* Motivation by success in numbers and a drive to achieve your monthly targets.
* Ability to learn, understand, and take on feedback.
