Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking to lead a skilled team of Engineers upon a high-profile research facility local to Chelsea?

You will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled Engineers completing pre-planned and reactive maintenance of various mechanical & electrical equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, pumps, fans, motors, BMS and much more within a high-profile research facility based in Chelsea. Additionally you will be responsible for supervising sub-contracts on site, recording and managing all works and ensuring to proactively contribute to improve site processes and plant efficiency.
