Are you a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with neurological and spinal conditions? We are recruiting for various positions within our fully refurbished 22-bed neurological rehabilitation centre in Chigwell, Essex.
Our centre provides specialist rehabilitation for people with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), spinal injury, and other neurological conditions. We offer a multidisciplinary approach to care and rehabilitation, supported by a team of skilled professionals who are committed to maximising each individual's potential and improving their quality of life.
About the Role:
In your role, you will be part of a dynamic Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) dedicated to providing personalised rehabilitation programmes. These programmes aim to deliver ongoing assessment, treatment, and care while addressing the complexities of physical, tracheostomy, and respiratory needs.
Working alongside experienced clinicians, including Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Healthcare Assistants, Dieticians, and specialist NHS respiratory teams, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care to patients with a wide range of neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work as part of the MDT to provide specialist rehabilitation and personalised care plans
* Assess, monitor, and support patients with neurological and spinal conditions
* Deliver individualised therapies, treatments, and interventions
* Collaborate with the team to enhance patient outcomes and improve quality of life
* Provide patient and family support, ensuring involvement in rehabilitation plans
* Ensure the highest standards of clinical care, adhering to safety protocols and best practice guidelines
Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in [insert role-specific qualification, e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, etc.]
* Experience working in neurological rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, or spinal injury (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and provide patient-centred care
* Passion for helping people achieve the best possible outcomes from their rehabilitation
* Excellent communication skills, both with patients and within the team
