Prestigious International Bank is seeking an exceptional Reception team lead to oversee the client floor area, a team of receptionists and the provision of meeting room bookings. The role will involve community engagement with the company's employees ensuring their guests receive an exceptional service.
The role reports into a Front of House Manager who is ideally looking for someone who has corporate experience looking to take the next step into a supervisory role. At location they have a busy meeting room space so candidates who come from an events background are also welcome to apply.
Working in a spectacular front of house space you will supervise a busy and friendly team, helping them to achieve a 5* service and maintain high standards, ensuring close partnership with the client's front of house team.
The opportunity:
* Join and supervise a team of receptionists
* One to ones with your team members / job chats
* Taking care of VIP events gathering the relevant information from the business
* Creating a one team approach working in partnership with the on-site hospitality and catering provider
* Motivation and leading your team where appropriate
* Responsible for the meeting room booking system and the necessary reporting associated with this
You must have the following:
* Previous experience working in a 5* corporate/Hotel environment essential as well as corporate experience
* Experience in managing a front of house team on a daily basis
* Proven experience in motivating a team to achieve an excellent service
* Immaculate personal presentation with a genuine smile
* Flexible and adaptable to respond to differing client needs
* Confident, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver great service
