Midlothian-based | fully office-based role
Temp role for 1 week | 10th to 14th March
Full-Time role | Monday to Friday
Pay rate of £12.00 per hour + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working with a well-known legal firm in Midlothian to recruit for a Receptionist to provide holiday cover for the above dates.

This role would be ideal for an experienced Receptionist that is either only seeking temp roles or between roles at the moment. The length of this contract is fixed and extension is unlikely, but this is very likely to lead to other temporary & permanent roles in the area.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Dealing with incoming calls & visitors to the office
* Maintaining a clean & tidy office area at all times
* Dealing with incoming & outgoing mail & couriers
* Various other Reception & General Administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role, your skills & experience should include:
* Previous experience in a Reception role with exposure to Administration tasks - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work well within a team
