Registered Nurse
£22 - £25 per hour

Reporting into the Registered Manager, you will have full clinical oversight of the 50+ bedded care home. Currently sitting at 100% occupancy, my client are delighted to welcome a nurse to their close knit team to work alongside support staff and ensure top quality care is provided at all times.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for monitoring and auditing care plans
* Build relationships with residents and their family members
* Clinical governance
* Oversight of medication audits and risk assessments
* Utilising clinical and leadership skills to provide guidance to care teams


Requirements
* Must have an active NMC PIN
* Previous experience working within elderly and dementia care
* Approachable and supportive to other team members
* Passionate about providing top quality care
