Sales Advisor

• Location: Bradford
• Salary: £22,500 - £24,000
• Bonus: Uncapped (Earn £400 - £500 per month day one in role from existing customers)
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:45am - 4pm
• Contract: Full time, permanent contract

A growing business based in Bradford are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic Customer Service / Sales Agents to join their expanding team.

The role is paying a starting basic salary of £22,500 - £24,000 per annum plus bonus schemes taking your expected overall earnings to be around £28,000 - £30,000. As you will be working with existing customers, you can expect to take home a bonus of £400 - £500 per month straight away.

This role also offers Monday to Friday working hours including a late start / early finish every Friday!

The main duties of the role are:

• Working with existing customers to support them with their order process
• Spotting opportunities to upsell / cross sell additional items to meet their needs
• Informing customers on ongoing promotions offered by the company
• Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information and providing professional customer service
• Ensure every time you interact with a customer you are determined to provide the customer with the best possible experience.
• Have the customer at the heart of everything you do.

To be considered for the role you must possess the following;

• Have experience within a previous customer service focused role (call centre, retail, hospitality etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional attitude and telephone manner
• Have basic IT skills
