Sales Negotiator (Property Investment)
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am-6pm) + 1 in 3 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday, half day, work from home)

Our client is looking for a driven and money hungry individual to join their vibrant team as a Sales Negotiator. The successful candidate will have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with a strong background in sales.

The Key Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator:
* Manage own personal portfolio of properties spread across the UK with a view of securing sales in the shortest period of time possible
* Selling a targeted number of residential properties
* Arranging viewings from the office and capturing feedback (no site visits are involved in this role)
* Present and accept offers
* Upsell services and get paid generously for these
* Update and maintain notes for your portfolio
* Negotiating sales and managing all aspects of the sale process
* Build a strong rapport with sellers & and buyers
* Usage of Rightmove & Rightmove + to produce comparable and judge the current market
The Key Requirements of the Sales Negotiator:
* Driven and money-hungry with experience and a successful track record in property sales
* 1 years-experience in sales negotiation
* Career-focused with a strong work ethic and customer focus
* Consistently exceeded your negotiation/sales targets/goals
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Outstanding people skills
