Responsibilities
*Maintain high quality standards within the service including Care Inspectorate gradings
*General running of the service ensuring operations are smoothly run
*Building and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
*Managing the services budget
*Keep staff motivated and maintain a positive working environment
*Recruitment support with HR team
*Staff rotas and keeping records up to date
*Following policies and procedures at all times including risk assessments and H&S
*Previous experience in a management position


Requirements and Qualifications
*Experience and knowledge in dementia
*SVQ4 Health and Social Care
*Management qualification
*Chistian committed
*Motivating attitude to maintain staff morale
