Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service.
• Prepare and cook dishes to high standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Assist in menu development, bringing creativity and innovation.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team culture.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory, control waste, and oversee ordering.
• Uphold presentation and quality standards in all dishes.
